Requirements to position: Senior Lawyer to Department of intellectual property protection and fight against counterfeit
EXPACTATIONS FOR CANDIDATE:
- High level of performed work;
- Compliance with internal procedures and rules of the Company in the process of project implementation;
- Qualitative maintenance of project documentation in accordance with process set in the Company;
- Effective interaction within the working groups in the process of project implementation;
- Execution of required actions under the project.
DESIRED COMPETENCE:
- Knowledge of civil/commercial law and process, including by case categories, aimed at protecting interests of the owners of intellectual property rights (domain disputes; fight against distribution of counterfeit products; trademark disputes; protecting copyright and related rights, including in the Internet);
- Understanding the practical implementation of strategies and tools for claims work with violators of intellectual property rights/unfair competitors / “grey and black” importers, etc.;
- Understanding the work of the government agencies system which control and suppress violations of intellectual property rights, as well as fight against producers/sellers of counterfeit products, as well as “grey / black” importers of international brand products; ability to work with these government agencies;
- Experience in analytical work; ability to write legal opinions and analytical reports; experience in conducting legal investigations;
- Experience in and understanding of the procedure for entering trademarks in the customs register of intellectual property objects; registration of trademarks and other intellectual property objects, as well as other actions aimed at legalizing intellectual property objects, etc.;
- Generation of creative solutions to problems and tasks, search for outbox solutions;
- Time management skills;
- Initiative and autonomy;
- Active self-development;
- Awareness in decision making.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advocacy Certificate (welcomed, but not a key criterion in choosing a candidate and approving him/her in a position);
- work experience in law for at least 5 years;
- be prepared to learn/ability to work with 1C, Google Calendar, Google Drive, MS Office, Bitrix;
- sociability, flexibility, desire to develop personal skills/training, ability to organize processes, high activity, responsibility, ability to work in team, determination
