Requirements to position: Secretary
Basic skills:
- Confident PC and office software user.
- Well-bred oral speech.
Functional duties (without ranking by importance):
- Maintenance ofthe office’s functionality (office appliancesand equipment, LAN).
- Office condition monitoring (cleaning, office appearance, functionality).
- Organization of business meetings and conferences (schedule, coordination, technical support).
- Paperwork (archive of documents, execution of current affairs).
- Receiving Clients’ calls, Clients support service.
- Reports according to developed business processes.
Personal qualities: responsibility for the results of work, honesty, sociability, punctuality.
Additional requirements:
- Presentable appearance (face and smile of the company).
- Competent communication and experience in business negotiations.
- Agreeable female voice.
- Age from 22 until 35, preferably without small children in the family.
Working schedule: full time.
Remuneration: determined as the results of the interview.
